Our consultants have many years of local church ministry experiences, theological trainings, and conference-leading expertise.

Dr. Steve Meenho Kang, is the founder and president of 4C Church Consulting. He is an ordained Presbyterian pastor (PCA). His passion is to build a health, dynamic churches for this generation. Rev. Steve Kang graduated with a B. S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He also received his doctorate degree (D. Min.) at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Pastor Steve has worked in local churches for the last 25 years. He has taught pastors and leaders in numerous countries around the world. Currently, he also serves as the senior pastor of Evergreen Community Church (PCA). He resides with his wife Liz and their daughter Stephanie in a suburb of Chicago.

Rev. Joseph Yang has a passon for teaching bibilical truth to all nations. He graduated from the University of Illinois and received his Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Rev. Yang has taught pastors and leaders all over the world and has over 25 years of ministry experience. He currently serves as the senior pastor of the Life Creek Church of Milwaukee. He resides with his wife Susan and has three children, Rachel, Stephanie and Elliot.
